Apprenticeships offer young people a fantastic opportunity to gain experience in a professional environment, putting them in a strong position to find a professional career, where they’ll earn money and achieve a professional qualification at the same time. Since 2011, we’ve trained on over 140 Apprentices, some of whom have been offered full time roles with our company. Apprentices currently represent 7% of our entire global workforce, with 96% of our Apprentices offered full time roles internally with thebigword after they’ve completed their course.
