Global Language service provider thebigword has successfully secured a contract to provide language services to The North West Mental Health and Community Partnership Group.
The contract will see thebigword become the Group’s sole provider for their interpretation needs, providing a high standard yet cost effective service to ensure that its 200,000 limited English speaking patients have the necessary access to the language support they need in as little as 30 seconds, 24 hours a day and 7 days week.
