thebigword was proud to receive the medal, inscribed ‘In Service of Peace and Freedom’, on behalf of its team supporting The International Security Assistance Force (ISAF), a NATO-led security mission in Afghanistan established by the United Nations.

Larry Gould, Group CEO of thebigword, has recently announced a major expansion of the company’s Defence, Justice and International Security (DJIS) Division to service a number of key contracts starting over the next 12 months. The DJIS Division offers the most secure language service technology available with Security Cleared (SC) personnel managing the operation. In partnership with the International School of Linguists, it provides the most robust training and defence?specific language assessments in the industry, which are aligned to recognised MOD standards.
