– Ninety-four per cent of thebigword’s customers value its services so highly that they’d recommend it to other companies, a survey has found, and their decision is based on quality of product and service.
thebigword, the global technology-enabled language service provider, approached more than 4,000 of its customers to ask what influenced their decisions when buying translation and interpreting. The resounding answer was ‘quality’, with more than half citing that as their key reason for choosing their language service provider.
The questionnaire was completed by customers worldwide. Sixty-eight per cent of respondents use thebigword as their sole language services provider, for translating (written word) or interpreting (spoken word). A further 15 per cent use two providers with the reminder using multiple companies.
Customers reported that thebigword adds value through a quality service, saving time and solving its customers’ problems as well as providing an expert service that is cost-effective.
Kevin Anderson, Global Marketing Director at thebigword, says: “It’s fantastic to get feedback like this but we’re not complacent. We know that on-time delivery of a quality product at the right price will drive our success in the highly-competitive language services marketplace. We’ll achieve that through constant improvement and strong investment in technology.”
