Interpreting for the Canadian Armed Forces

Global language service provider thebigword has been awarded a new contract to provide interpreting services to the Canadian Armed Forces in Ukraine.

From October, thebigword will provide interpreters to support a CAF mission to train Ukrainian troops. In response to requests from the Government of Ukraine, Operation UNIFIER was launched to assist the Ukrainian armed forces with military training and help them improve and build their military capacity.

Our linguists will be on hand 365 days per year and thebigword also has the scope of linguists to cover any surge requirements.
The Canadian Government has deployed 200 CAF members to the Ukraine and will continue to provide training until March 2019. UNIFIER’S intent is to help Ukraine remain sovereign, secure and stable.
