The Massachusetts Higher Education Consortium (MHEC) is a nonprofit purchasing consortium established in 1977. Membership is available to not for profit public and private institutions of higher education, municipalities including elementary and secondary schools, technical, vocational and charter schools and other educational organizations throughout New England.
