Global translation and interpretation provider thebigword has been awarded a new contract to provide language services for NATO headquarters in Brussels.
The important contract win underlines the company’s expertise as a trusted partner in global security concerns.
thebigword has a strong track record working with the organisation and many of its partner nations.
The company is currently supporting NATO’s work in Afghanistan, where it has safely and securely deployed expert linguists to assist the Resolute Support Mission in hostile, austere and restrictive locations across the country.
In addition, thebigword has supported capacity building and training programs in partner nations around Europe and the Middle East to help prepare NATO forces for deployment to Afghanistan.
The company’s defence and international security division provides language support to organisations including the US Department of Defense in Germany, the US Navy throughout Europe, and Multinational Joint Commission partners assisting the Ukrainian armed forces with military training and helping them build and improve military capacity.
