Global Language Technology company thebigword has been awarded a place on ESPO’s Language Services framework (402).
ESPO is a public sector owned professional buying organisation (PBO), specialising in providing a wide range of goods and services to the public sector for almost 40 years.
The framework agreement is for the provision of language support services including interpretation (both verbal and non-verbal), translation and transcription services to a range of users across the public sector including Police, Health and local Government.
Clients will access language services using WordSynk, thebigword’s all-in-one language service platform, which combines all services into one platform to provide instant access to both translators and interpreters 24/7/365 in over 250 language combinations.
The framework gives users access to thebigword’s Video Remote Interpreting service, a high-speed interpreting service which gives you instant and secure access to trained interpreting professionals, specialising in spoken or sign language services via digital face-to-face media.
For translation services, users will have access to WordSynk Instant Machine Translation (MT), which is powered by Artificial Intelligence. This innovative solution provides high-quality and secured instant translation, helping clients to translate critical messages and correspondence in seconds.
This approved framework covers a wide range of Lots, providing more language service opportunities in more areas for thebigword.
