Global language services provider thebigword has been included in a framework agreement to provide telephone interpreting services to a large range of public sector organisations in Northern Ireland including the Northern Ireland Civil Service, Education Authority and Northern Ireland Health and Social Care. The framework will run for the next two years with the possibility of an additional one year extension.
The privately owned company already holds a range of contracts for translation and interpreting services with public sector organisations across the UK including the £120m agreement with the Ministry of Justice.
