COVID-19 sees channel shift Interpreting

Global Language Technology Company, thebigword Group is witnessing a channel shift as clients embrace alternative provisions such as Video Remote Interpreting and Telephone Interpreting in place of the more traditional face to face on-site approach.

Both Video and Telephone Interpreting services have seen more than a 50% increase in use from clients across the public sector including NHS Trusts, Police forces and Local authorities.
