Exciting telephone interpreting upgrades announced

Demand for Telephone Interpreting calls has nearly trebled during the COVID-19 pandemic as thebigword’s clients have shifted away from requiring an interpreter in person.

Global Language Technology company thebigword has rolled out a series of improvements to WordSynk’s Telephone Interpreting Service making it easier for clients to include a third-party during calls.

Users can now enhance their experience using our automated Telephone Interpreting system to connect to a Language Professional. Users can also invite a third party into the call without the need to speak to a member of thebigword team. Our automated Telephone Interpreting system allows users to connect seamlessly using an efficient workflow, enabling live multiparty calls promptly and securely.

Chief Operating officer Mark Daley said: “We have seen a massive increase in demand for Remote Interpreting solutions since the pandemic, and we have been working to upgrade our telephone interpreting services to improve the user experience.
