Nuffield Health choose thebigword as their Language Service Provider
Nuffield Health has chosen thebigword to provide language services to its network of hospitals, medical clinics, fitness and wellbeing clubs and diagnostic units.
The UK’s largest not-for-profit healthcare organisation operates sites across the UK, including more than 100 sites which need interpreting and translation services on a regular basis.
From May 1, thebigword started delivering its technology-enabled language services on demand to locations across the UK.
These help Nuffield Health streamline its processes, drive quality standards and meet cost expectations.
All staff are receiving expert training so they can make the most of the language services.
