Serco extend Language Service Contract with thebigword Group

Global language technology company thebigword has successfully renewed its contract with Serco to supply translation and interpreting services. 

Serco specialise in the delivery of essential public services, with over 50,000 people working in defence, transport, justice, immigration, healthcare around the globe.

thebigword Group is an expert provider of language technology and language services in the Justice, Immigration, healthcare and defence arenas.

Serco will also have access to all of thebigword’s interpreting services through its WordSynk platform including Video Remote Interpreting. thebigword’s Video Remote interpreting service works in a similar way to Skype or Zoom and connects users to professional interpreters for verbal services.

The company’s smart technology enables users to select linguist attributes such as security clearance, qualifications, sector expertise and gender. Our system matches the right linguist for each appointment type.
