TBW Global: Supply chain management

Through our 40+ years of providing support to our defence and security services clients, TBW Global has built a vast and valuable network of professionals and supporting corporate partners ranging from SMEs to large defence providers stationed in all our global areas of operation. Our supply chain is highly valuable to our managed service offering and allows us to operate globally in support of our clients.

By operating a continuous improvement model, we have honed our ability to manage our supply chain across multiple borders and language barriers, which allows us to successfully manage hundreds of contractors and teammates simultaneously around the globe.

We offer a turnkey solution enabling our people to be in the right location at the right time, armed with the right skills and experience to deliver to the highest standard. We manage all aspects of life support and management on the ground including all inoculations, visa, travel, subsistence, insurance, security, communications/IT, human resources and vetting. We also provide local national work force who are fully tested and police checked. We ensure all local labour laws are adhered to with in-country payroll and back-office functions.

Our partners bring an unrivalled understanding of their local regions and expertise on their industries to complement TBW Global’s management services. Working with international defence and security clients and government organisations demands the highest level of professionalism from our supply chain; as such, our partners are carefully selected and fully screened to ensure this quality is met.

TBW Global provides the leadership required to bring multiple skilled contractors together as a force multiplier to successfully deliver highly specialised support and training services. We offer these services to international clients in any language and at any location, including hostile and austere environments.

As an example: we built a best-in-class team to deliver training and consultancy in multiple disciplines for an international government programme. The team consisted of 31 SME, medium and large defence organisations which together ensured no single point of failure to the programme. Some of these organisations included household brands like Gardaworld, G4S and niche specialist providers like Retarius, RSG and Gov Risk.
