Global Language Technology Company thebigword have been awarded a contract renewal with one of the world’s leading hotel companies IHG Hotels & Resorts.
thebigword has been working with IHG since 2005 will be continuing to support the global company by providing localisation, transcreation, multimedia and typesetting across a variety of documentation.
With a family of 16 brands, IHG has nearly 6,000 open hotels in more than 100 countries, and so ensuring the style, tone of voice any terminology is right for each brand is key when it comes to localising their content.
