thebigword updates app following linguist feedback

Global language service provider thebigword has updated their WordSynk Interpreter app following linguist recommendations to improve user experience.

Following a communication in June where linguists were asked how their experience could be improved, thebigword worked on several enhancements.

Some of the enhancements that were addressed were: ensuring the application was localised further to support more currencies and addressing an issue that users were experiencing when navigating between tabs.

They also removed the request for users to re-sign in if the app is left running in the background or minimised and also introduced a ‘dark theme’ across iOS and Android to help ease eye strain when using in a low light.

Following these updates, thebigword are still continuing to work on improving their applications to assure that linguist feedback is listened to and that their needs are constantly met.

Spyros Spyrou, Director of Product at thebigword Group said: “As we continue to develop new products and services for our linguist community, it is important to also listen to their feedback and make appropriate changes and enhancements where appropriate to existing products to ensure a better user experience.”
